The Asana Administrator Certificate: Part 2 is designed for admins who have mastered the foundational skills in Part 1 and are ready to advance into more complex, ongoing administrative responsibilities. This program focuses on managing your organization’s Asana environment at scale, ensuring security, compliance, and effective governance. You’ll build advanced competencies in environment management, user oversight, reporting, and governance practices that prepare you to serve as an Asana super admin.

You’ll begin by reviewing your ongoing role as an Asana administrator, then move into advanced skills such as managing integrations, performing license audits, and conducting security checkups. You’ll also explore automation, sandboxes, and reporting strategies to support executive decision-making. Finally, you’ll learn governance frameworks and AI oversight practices that help ensure your organization uses Asana securely and effectively.

How It Works

Part 2 is structured into progressive lessons that deepen your expertise as an Asana administrator.

Each lesson blends advanced instruction with practical scenarios, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills in realistic admin environments. You’ll practice monitoring licenses, building dashboards, managing governance, and using sandbox environments to test changes safely.

After completing all lessons, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge through a scenario-based capstone project and a timed multiple-choice quiz. Passing both will confirm your readiness to manage Asana environments at an advanced level.

Upon completion of both Part 1 and Part 2, you will officially unlock the Asana Administrator Certificate capstone project and quiz.
