Overview
The Asana Administrator Certificate: Part 1 is designed for individuals with little to no administrative or IT experience who need to establish themselves as effective Asana admins. This program focuses on the foundational administrative actions that create a secure, well-organized Asana environment. You'll develop the core competencies necessary to configure workspaces efficiently, supporting your organization's transition to Asana-powered collaborative work management.
You'll begin by understanding your role as an Asana administrator, then move through the critical setup processes, including workspace configuration, user and team management, and strategic app integrations. You'll also learn to configure authentication settings, manage permissions, and utilize AI tools.
How It Works
Part 1 is four progressive courses that build upon one another to establish a comprehensive foundation for Asana administrators.
Each course combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, ensuring you can confidently implement what you've learned in your real-world administrative role.
After completing all courses, you'll complete the assessment, which includes a timed 45 minute multiple-choice quiz.
Finally, you'll be invited to share feedback through a survey to help improve the program before its release later this year.
Note: Part 2 will be released at a later point. After completing both Part 1 and Part 2, you will earn the Asana Administrator Certificate.
