This skill badge is designed for new and experienced Asana users alike. Complete it to verify your collaborative work management skills and get the most out of additional courses.
You’ll learn best practices around project and portfolio management, team communication, and personal productivity—all while solidifying the basics of Asana features like tasks, inbox, projects, my tasks, and more.
If you’re already an Asana user, you’ll be asked to log in before getting started. New Asana users will be enrolled in a trial.
Here's how to navigate the Asana Foundations program:
1. Get started
This program is entirely free, so you can begin the course right away. We estimate it will take 2 - 3 hours to complete this program, and you’ll have 30 days to do so.
2. Take the lessons
Advance through this program by completing each lesson. They’re self-guided, with demos, guided practice, and knowledge checks along the way.
3. Assess your knowledge
Earn your skill badge by passing a 25-question quiz designed to verify your understanding of Asana’s core functions. You must score at least an 80% on the quiz to receive your skill badge.
