This interactive workshop is for department and team leads using Asana for strategic planning. Learn the foundations of how to standardize and organize your department's work in Asana, and walk away with best practices on tracking the health of key initiatives, visualizing data, and reporting out progress to leadership.
We encourage you to come to this session with a project in mind, as we'll have time for hands-on practice and a live Q&A.
In this session, you'll learn how to:
- Standardize planning processes with project templates
- Organize department/team initiatives with portfolios and custom fields
- Track and report on initiatives with status updates and dashboards
Workshops are capped at 20 participants to maximize discussion and sharing of best practices.
